Motivation seminars & camps
Programs will be designed in a fun and energy packed training with the emphasis on teambuilding and personal development. The program will focus on values such as self esteem, responsibility, enthusiasm and confidence among the children.
We believe that individuals learn best through active participation and a process of discovery. Therefore, the training elements will use an experiential methodology. Experiential learning places individuals in the middle of the action and draws on their immediate experiences to foster insight and personal learning. By being responsible for their learning and contributing their own ideas and insights, participants have a greater commitment to apply what they have learned back into their lives. The program will contain the following types of experiential processes and activities
Exercises - where individuals are given a task to be completed within a defined set of rules. Designed uniquely to draw out and highlight behaviors, beliefs and attitudes.
Simulation – simulates real-life situations so that participants have an opportunity to act and react, and then reflect on who did what and why.
Small group sharing – participants work in small groups to share views, brainstorm ideas, assess alternatives, discuss issues, and present solutions.
Interactive seminars – are where specific topics are discussed in a highly interactive approach to include / encourage participants to respond, question, and debate the topics presented.
Debriefing sessions – participants discuss what occurred during the activity, identify what worked well and what can be improved, share ideas and insights, make discoveries, and draw conclusions.
These sessions are important for participants to deepen their understanding of learning points. This project would cost around RM 2,500 per session. |
